How do we work together?

What does your coaching package look like?
I work one-on-one with clients via 6 week virtual coaching packages. Everything is done online at a time that works for you (doesn’t have to be 6 consecutive weeks) and is structured to meet your unique needs and pain points.
That said, here’s what our time together might look like:
Session 1: Clarity
In our first session together, we’ll dig into what your vision for feeding your family looks like and how it differs from your current reality. We’ll talk about your specific challenges and some immediate steps we can take to start overcoming them (this will also inform all of our other work together).
Sessions 3-5: Digging in
In these sessions, we’ll dig into the things we spoke about in session 1 and help you: feel more confident in making healthy choices, feeding kids well, and cooking better and faster.
Some examples of what we’ll cover include: creating a custom meal plan strategy and master shopping list, building a recipe vault to help you keep things fresh with recipes that actually work for your family, making your kitchen work for you (strategic kitchen organization), working on kitchen skills that are slowing you down and taking up time you could be using for other things.
Session 6: Wrap-up
In our final session together, we’ll make sure that you have everything you need (including customized master shopping lists, recipe vaults, tip sheets, and more) to feed your family better, faster. And I’ll look forward to hearing what you do with all the extra time and energy you have!
What’s the investment?
My 6 week coaching package is an investment of $1200. The things I teach that you’ll apply in your own home are things I charge my personal chef clients over $300 per week for.
